Return Policy
Before we begin, please note that our returns are not free; some charges apply, which we detail below.
Can I return my order? Yes, absolutely.
If you were not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To process it, the order must meet the following conditions:
• The order retains all its parts, components, and original packaging as received.
• Careful handling of the product is evident (returns due to damage caused by improper use are not accepted).
• For hygiene reasons, products must be clean before initiating the return process.
• If the product has manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Once the product is received and reviewed, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns when items show signs of use or damage not attributable to us.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the process:

Make sure to include the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photo of the product (in case of defect or damage)
• Full name and last name
• Your address
Once we receive your request, we will reply with the exact address to which you should send the return. Please do not send the package before receiving our instructions, as the return address is different from the sender’s address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with applicable legal provisions, provided the transaction is not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of cancellation
You have 14 days from the moment you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receives the order to exercise your right of cancellation.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. For this reason, once the shipping process has begun it cannot be interrupted, so the refund will be handled once we receive the products back.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The cancellation will take effect once we receive the products. Return costs will be borne by the buyer.
About shipments in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If your order is already on its way, cancellation will unfortunately not be possible — in that case, we ask that you wait to receive the product and then follow the regular return process. Of course, you may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel, and to process your refund as quickly as possible we ask that you send us confirmation once you have dispatched the return.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within the valid period, we will refund all payments received, with the exception of additional delivery costs (in case you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard option we offer).
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notification and the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for processing the refund.
Important: all returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
