Shipping Policy

Great news! We offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed and shipped from our central warehouse. We ask for a little extra patience during sale seasons and holidays, as order volume may increase processing times.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after purchase and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it. If you need to modify your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, processing takes between 1 and 3 business days. After that, delivery time varies depending on your location. Below are the estimated timeframes:

United States: 7 to 15 business days
Puerto Rico: 7 to 15 business days
Canada: 7 to 16 business days
Central America and the Caribbean: 10 to 25 business days
South America: 10 to 25 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 26 business days
Other countries: 11 to 30 business days

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional circumstances, an order may take longer than usual, in which case delivery could be extended up to 40 business days. If you experience an unusual delay, don’t hesitate to contact us at hola@nahymar.com and we will be happy to help resolve it.
